Dr. Mercer
General/Vascular Surgery
Dr. Mercer is a general and vascular surgeon. He graduated from East Tennessee
State University summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science emphasis in
Chemistry. He graduated with a M.D. from the University of Virginia School of
Medicine. He completed internship in general surgery at the Medical College of
Ohio, and completed a residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical
Sciences. Dr. Mercer served as an instructor in General Surgery at the
University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Mercer's office is located in
the Stuttgart Regional Medical Center Outpatient Center. For an appointment
