Dr. Jacks Dr. Jacks attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1970-1975, where he
received a Bachelors of Science Degree. He received his M.S. from UCA in 1976.
Dr. Jacks then obtained his Medical Degree from the University of Arkansas for
Medical Sciences in 1980. He is a member of Jefferson County Medical Society,
Arkansas Medical Society, Arkansas Urologic Society, and the American Urologic
Society. He also belongs to Fellow American College of Surgeons. Dr. Jacks
served in the United States Army as a Major from 1985 until 1989.
